[Gunma’s native food]

In Gunma, the most native food is もつ煮 (mo tsu ni) ！
In normal もつ is animal viscera ,

they use cow,pig ,chicken,horse ’s viscera to cook .
But here they cook pig intestines and 味噌(miso) sauce to it.

The taste is a combination of salty and sweet. 

I enjoy eating a lot of rice with もつ煮 .

Add it to your bucket list of Japanese cuisine that you absolutely must try it before you die!
